The Founder Behind Impact Inline

ABOUT IMPACT INLINE

Adrian Tesoriero, Principal Consultant

For nearly three decades, I’ve been immersed in the property and construction industry— shaping industrial, commercial and residential developments that don’t just meet deadlines, but genuinely add value to businesses and communities.

My journey began on project sites in Sydney, then expanded internationally in the UK, before I returned home to lead some of Australia’s most complex industrial projects. From $20M builds to $75M+ logistics hubs and temperature-controlled facilities, I’ve had the privilege of seeing ideas on paper evolve into spaces that empower businesses to thrive.

What drives me isn’t just the concrete, steel, or schedules — it’s the people. I thrive on bringing teams together, engaging stakeholders from CEOs to subcontractors, and navigating challenges with clear communication and fairness. I believe in resolving issues rather than letting them drag out, and in creating positive environments where people perform at their best.

Beyond work, I’m passionate about giving back. From Chairing major fundraising events that have raised over $1M for Young Care, to supporting school bursary programs that open doors for students, to coaching junior cricket — I’m committed to building stronger communities as well as stronger projects.

At the core I see myself as a builder — of projects, of teams, and of opportunities for others.
